Program Design
The program will be broken up into multiple sessions that will cover the various topics that will impact you as a manager the most. Throughout the program, there will be elements of 1-1 coaching, presentation and discussion around theories, role plays and various exercises to help cement the knowledge into practice.

Depending on the person, the program can have a different set of topics that would be covered. After the intake call, we will best advise on the topics that would have the biggest impact.
In general, per program, we would be able to cover 4 topics succinctly.
Core Program Examples
Below are two example programs that you can choose from depending on your level of management. We would recommend that you begin with the Manager Primary One even if you have been a manager for some time. Even though this program goes over the basics of management, it is always a good idea to form a strong foundation before expanding. However, feel free to choose which program suits you best. Also, there are options for creating a bespoke program that is tailored to the areas that you really want to develop.
